Tour Costs:
The tour costs are based on general transport and accommodation rates at 1st January 2024. Land Voyages reserves the right to alter the costs if any of these factors change, giving any passenger that has booked the right to withdraw with full refund of monies paid or modify arrangements. No alterations to price will be made within 45 days of departure.
Deposit and Payment:
A deposit passenger, as stated on the tour brochure is required at the time of booking. Full payment will be required by Land Voyages 45 days before departure of the tour.
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation outside 45 days from departure could result in a cancellation fee.
44 – 15 days up to 40% + Supplier fees if applicable
14- 8 days up to 55% + Supplier fees if applicable
7 days no refund
Travel insurance is suggested to cover the costs of cancellation fees due to illness, death in family, etc.
Tour Organisation:
Land Voyages reserves the right to change advertised entrances if necessary for the smooth operation of the tour.
Government regulations prohibit smoking and alcohol consumption on coaches.
No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of the company, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they became objectionable to other passengers, or they may become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. Land Voyages will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour for any reason.
By booking a tour, the passenger acknowledges and agrees that Land Voyages Pty Limited and the transportation companies, will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour, it accepts no responsibility for any loss of enjoyment by passengers due to circumstances beyond its control
Minimum tour numbers and conditions:
Arrangements have been made on the basis of a minimum number of passengers travelling. In the event that less than the required number of passengers have confirmed their booking 45 days from the date of departure, Land Voyages reserves the right to cancel the tour, giving a full refund of monies paid, or offer arrangements to proceed with the tour at a modified fare.
Responsibilities:
Land Voyages Pty Ltd is the tour organiser. Land Voyages acts only as agents in the making of arrangements with carriers, hoteliers and others for the tour. As a result we cannot accept liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise of those carriers, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with the tour over whom we have no direct or exclusive control. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our direct control, such as, but not limited to, war, flood, fire, civil disturbance, terrorism, acts of god, acts of Government, or any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action.
Land Voyages can give no guarantee as to the exact arrival and departure times for carriers and operators used by the company in the tour and the company will not be liable for failure to make connections with any other services or attractions beyond its control. Tours may include the services of operators, such as hoteliers, airlines, cruise companies, and other operators who are not agents, servants or employees of Land Voyages Pty Ltd. Although we take care in selecting the operators of services and the optional tour excursions we cannot and do not take responsibility for the conduct of the operators, their servants and agents or for any ramifications of their conduct.
Baggage is at own risk throughout the tour.
